Thursday a three man crew showed upto do the job, nine hours they were cleaned up and demobilized. They cleaned my yard of previous fallen leaves that was not included in the bid. I called Artistic Treeworks and, in the midst of this pandemic, Howard (certified arborist) called me and said he was just five or 10 minutes away. He showed up and within a couple minutes gave me a diagnosis of likely herbicide poisoning and recommended flood watering every 4 to5 days. I asked him a few more questions for which he had immediate answers, and, as he was leaving, I said "send me a bill." He declined and said if they do any work they will bill me then. It fell right onto my house causing tens of thousands of dollars of damage to my home and upending my life for it. When confronted with what they did, they tried to leave before I made them stay to get all of their insurance info and then tarp my house. I don't normally write with this much passion, but these guys are incompetent at their job. This is something that needed to be taken down in pieces and they instead decided to cut corners and now it's going to cost them badly.
