He was awesome. I saw another reviewer give a bad review for the charge of 20.00 and what to share that I don't believe that's a fair review. This is a small business and they need to make a profit. 20.00 is not much for a family. I assume the fun activities were originally set up for patrons of their business. A fun atmosphere while families pick out goods to buy. It's not for people looking for something free to do! As a small business they have staff to pay and just the bounce house alone costs money to renT. I don't see the same complaints for Middleton. Anyway, we really enjoyed it. I hope to be back to purchase a tree soon.

Specifically I worked with a brunette lady the first few times I visited who taught me about evergreens and ground cover and today I worked with a blonde lady who helped me pick lavender and a peach tree. My garden is looking great and I even got a compliment on it the other day. I really think it's thanks to the quality of the plants they have here, as well as the help I received, because I do not really have much of a green thumb! I will say I did not take the advice of keeping my peppers indoors when I purchased them in a colder month, but they are still budding/ flowering even though the leaves are not in their best shape, but that's my own fault for being impatient.

History: I hired another contractor to remove part of my sod, level the yard, put down new sod, and install a couple new sprinklers. I paused mowing with Pipo's for 3 weeks during that time. I guess it pissed them off because my next bill included an extra $65.00 for miscellaneous trash removal. I saw the mower make an extra trip to the truck to dump grass so I assumed the $65 was the standard fee plus $15 for an extra long area. No. The full $65 was for one extra trip to the truck. I'm not sure what they did but I soon realized my sod was dying. I have dead grass spots...I mean really dead...along the patio and the fence where the new sod was just placed. I checked the cameras around the yard but all I could see was the mower stopping and the workers standing there talking. When I cancelled service I got a pleasant "Ok thanks." The passive-aggressive attitude is more than I'll tolerate. Do NOT use this service.
