They care, take the time to explain and discuss what issues you have. They use heating pads, tense, and a mini massage to prepare you for your adjustment which feels wonderful! Dr. Vroom is straight forward and honest. There's no pressure about visits (as I've experienced from some other offices in the past. ) They're Awesome! In my specific scenario I had been a gymnastics for many years. I have old injuries that I have to keep in alignment however in January 2017 something was seriously wrong with my foot. I tried to ignore it thinking it would get better, went my general practitioner medical doctor and the Podiatrist who completed an MRI on it. They said it was maybe arthritis (at 33!) and then suggested I get cortisone shots in my foot. I was taking heavy pain medication, trying special shoes. I even went to acupuncture! Nothing really worked. I changed my diet and cut back sugar which seemed to reduce the inflammation but still wasn't working. It was terrible as I've always been active and really couldn't even walk for long periods of time! Until I came to visit Dr. Vroom recommended by my friend Sarah on Monday. He completed an adjustment and suggested the laser so I tried it. Almost immediately the swelling reduced! My foot was still hurting that day but the next day it was better and by Wednesday it was like I hadn't had a problem for 11 months!! I'm working out some of the stiffness since it's been swollen for so long I have to stretch it out! It was phenomenal and truly a miracle! I would have never guessed a chiropractic adjustment for my foot and the laser would provide such amazing results! I wish I came sooner to have saved myself some pain! So thankful for Dr. Vroom and His team!

I had an issue with my sciatic nerve and hip. I went to…read moreanother chiropractor in town and got x-rays, foot scan and he made a treatment plan consisting of 36 visits, three times a week, for three months at the tune of $3700 (or I could pay for the whole plan up front for $2900 to save 30%). I received 3 sessions (consisting of an adjustment and then 20 minutes on a roller table with a TENs unit. There was a little relief but not much. I called Advanced Chiropractic and asked for a second opinion. Dr. Troy saw me the next day (thank you ) and reviewed my X-rays, foot scan and treatment plan. I explained to him how and when it started hurting and he knew right away what was causing my discomfort. It was piriformis syndrome and it should be able to be managed in 3-5 sessions. It took *one* session with icing and stretching. The session consisted of an adjustment, stretches and a good ten minutes of a massage gun on those muscles (thank you, Sam). It felt like a horse kicked me in the left glute the next couple days but with the stretches and icing, four days later, I can walk without the sciatic nerve yelling at me and without pain. Now I can get back to my exercise routine and walk my dogs again! Advantage Chiropractic and it's staff are pretty amazing! I'm very glad I chose them to get my second opinion with!

Unfortunately that means it only gets painted when the owner wants to pay to do it. It's not like it's run down or anything, so who cares anyway? As far as service goes the receptionist is very friendly. I've had no issues over the past couple months with billing. I've had multiple visits with two of they physicians for both chiropractic care and physical therapy. They work with eachother to get me well again. I was in an auto accident and they've helped me a lot. They set me up for an MRI even to find out more about the pinched nerve issues. I'm well on my way to a full recovery. I'm very pleased with the care I've received here.

Don't go there if you expect to pay with a Flexible Benefits Card. The receptionist didn't understand why my benefits card wouldn't go through, and tried it several times. The office manager then told me that she has been trying to get the doctor to change their business profile from "busness" to "medical business" to fix this issue for TWO YEARS, so I had to pay with cash and then work with the benefits company to get reimbursed. The receptionist told me that $65 was the price for the first appointment, and it was $45 after that. The paperwork said that if I paid right away, I would get a 20% discount on the price. NO, that is just the price, there is no discount. The chiropractor told me that I was injured, perhaps from sleeping wrong, and alluded to not being able to do me any good for my issue. He adjusted me here and there and told me that my pain should calm down within the next couple of hours, and not to lift anything during that time (in answer to asking him what I should do to make this better). I think he got something wrong because I was hurting more the rest of the day... I was unimpressed with the building, billing practice, and chiropractor. I do not recommend them.

While a bit out of the way from where I live after my first time here I knew it was worth the drive. Located in the small town of Estacada Oregon Trail Chiropractic isn't a huge facility nor is it overly flashy. Neat and clean its a fairly basic facility. The people at the front counter have always been helpful and friendly. The service prompt and professional. Dr Rhue was vary different from my usual provider. Being a large man and my previous Dr a smaller female helped as I am a full figured guy. Where my previous Dr lacked the strength and ability to adjust my displaced parts back into alignment, Dr Rhue made short work of it. While being forceful also not so much as to cause pain or discomfort. Just the right balance to help me experience a less painful daily routine. They also take almost any and all insurance programs and offer onsite massage as well as other services. Not only would I recommend Dr Rhue and the OTC team to anyone seeking treatment, I am a continuing patient myself.

In her rush, she dislocated my ribs from by sternum. When I screamed she said she was sorry multiple times and tried to put it back - three times in two days. I ended up going to an ortho, the hospital for x-rays, my primary care doc, and another chiropractor to fix it. Then I get a BILL from her office for the "treatment"! When I called thinking the bill was in error, I was told that since I received treatment, the bill was valid. When I asked that they just pay my copays for the treatment I needed to correct the injury Dr W inflicted on me, the "Doctor" sent me a curt email saying that wouldn't be happening and if I didn't like it I can contact her malpractice insurance company. (She told he previously, before she decided to be nasty, that she has done this 4 times before) Omg .. are you freaking kidding me?!
