I am a massage therapist with a structural focus and hold Chiropractic in high regard, having received it for over 20 years total in my life. A true testament to my faith in Dr. Brian's skill and the overall positive, family-oriented approach to their practice, is that I refer my private clients to them. I have not had one single client yet who hasn't found them to be exceptional people and exceptionally helpful in treating their injuries and pain.

I tried them all and most of them made me worse. I even asked for just the activator and some of the chiropractors use that very aggressively. Dr Veronica is the only one I can see that doesn't hurt me but she has very limited hours. The other problem is finding a good massage therapist. They have an extremely high turnover. It took me a long time to teach the massage therapist what works for my back and then he moved to Alaska! I waited a long time to go back and finally found an amazing LMT named Daphne there. She was literally the only reason I went for 8+ months. Then they fired her! They need to treat their massage therapists better so they don't have such a high turnover.

Two pregnancies and two subsequent kids means I don't get as much yoga in as I would like. The instructors are fantastic. Kind, patient, and very real and human. The classes are a good selection, but definitely not as diverse and creative as they used to be. The times that classes are offered is unfortunately limited. Usually one at 9ish and one at 5:30 during the week and on Sundays. I really miss having options on Saturdays! They have rolled with the challenges of the pandemic.
