They don't have time for you, and they'll bill you for an hour if you want to ask a question. With Ben, the personal touch is real. His door is always open. He'll meet with you personally whenever you want, and he'll patiently answer all your questions. If more come up, he'll give you his cell to text or call whenever you need him. Sometimes I call him at 3 am just to chat about the Mets. You probably shouldn't do that though, because you don't know him like I know him. He might be an older guy, but Ben knows his business cold. After a thorough consultation and my own procrastination about getting him the documents, our return was prepared quickly and properly. No complaints. Thanks Ben!
