The confirmation never came then followed up day of service only to be advised service cannot happen. Was asked to reschedule but, this cleaning was scheduled to happen the day before our guests were to arrive. The owner wanted to reschedule while our guests were here. Not to mention the $48 spent boarding the dog today to keep him out of the way while the house was being cleaned. Extremely inconvenienced and unprofessional. I would definitely recommend hiring Leana to clean your home!
