Roland is awesome!…read more My sister's pet had urinated on our couch, and as some of you may know, this type of stain and odor is such a challenge to remove. As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. Roland went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient, courteous, and attentive. I found my new "go to" for future cleaning and will be sure to refer this company to family and friends.

My townhouse living room is of decent size, but with no direct overhead lighting it really started…read morebothering me that all the light was coming just through the windows or from lamps in the corners at night. I reached out to Amped Alliance after being referred to them by a friend who used them for an EV charger install and was promptly contacted by Mike. Mike was a few minutes early for our appointment which for me is a sign of a considerate and responsible contractor. He checked out my living room and made some great recommendations for some recessed can lighting. While he was there I also asked him about adding some convenience outlets in the garage near my workbench and he gave me some options based on his opinion and what worked for him in his own garage. We scheduled the work and he was able to get it done efficiently, on schedule and needing very minimal drywall touchups I think from where he had to pull the romex. He's definitely a craftsman who takes pride in his work and wants to leave his customers feeling happy with what they paid for. We were talking a bit once he had finished and he showed me some of his entertainment wall projects he's also worked on and I will likely be going to him for that work if we decide to pull the trigger on it down the road. Good pricing, on time and clean work. All things I would expect when bringing a contractor into my home. I would definitely recommend Amped Alliance for anyone's home electrical needs.

My parents, who are in their late 80s and living in a mobile home, were struggling without air conditioning during this intense heat wave in California due to an electrical issue. Mike went above and beyond to resolve the problem for them, showing genuine care and dedication. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also charged them a very fair price.
