Uncaring and Unwilling to see a sick 3 year old child who needed an appt for a simple ear infection even though there were two open appointments because he was a 'new patient' and from out of town. phone wasnt answered. i left a message and was not called back. then I called later and got through. When i was a medic working pediatrics, we had compassion for kids in pain. Now I am a lawyer and was in Juneau on a case and my little boy needed help because he was in pain and we were denied care. really sad. read more

I take all 3 of my children to GP, and have for years. I've never had an issue with scheduling and have always had fantastic care! I can ask their staff any question without judgment, and they work really well with my shy kids. After hours on-call care has been spot-on when it's rarely needed. I've always felt like I'm getting GOOD answers from people who know what their doing and care about my babies. read more
