She listened when I was having a hard time mentally and pushed me physically to recovery. She'd often have to stop and remind me that I was only XX days/weeks post surgery. Very hard to be patient. This surgery is the hardest thing I've had to endure, physically and mentally, in a long time. She was amazing, patient, caring, VERY knowledgeable of the body, she does not cut you any slack (which I loved), and always had some funny story to share. :) Not all Physical Therapy is created equal... but I can assure you I received the best care here!

During this time I have been…read more treated for multiple issues including a torn rotator cuff, low back problems and post shoulder surgery. PT Professional provides outstanding care with one-on-one attention. Prior to going to PT Professionals I had been going to a different physical therapy group on Merritt Island. PT Professionals is so superior to this other group. I have been treated by several of the therapist and all have been very professional and skilled. Normally Chardae is my therapist. She is very caring and knowledgeable therapist and I always feel much better after a session. She is extremely knowledgeable of the various physical therapy techniques. I most recently have been treated after surgery on my shoulder. PT treatment started the day after the surgery. She has me perform various exercises to strengthen the shoulder. She manipulates the shoulder to allow for more range of motion. My favorite acitivity is when she massages the shoulder. It feels so amazing. She knows just what to do to make the shoulder feel better. She is a very skilled and professional therapist. While having treatment I have watched while therapist provide other patients therapy. They customize the treatment around the patients problems and abilities. Over time I have seen these other patients continually improve. If you live in the Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne or Viera area and need physical therapy I highly recommend you go to PT Professionals in Viera.

Over about 6 weeks we were able to take me from being so sore that I spent most of my time on a heating pad to having almost zero pain and a LOT more flexibility. I had a negative experience at this location. The following are the reasons why I will not return:…read more 1. Pressing down on herniated disc -- Dr. Teimouri assured me that I did not have disc problems and then proceeded to press down between my shoulders. An mri later found that I have a herniated disc precisely there. I think the lesson here is to make sure you have an accurate diagnosis with an orthopedic dr before proceeding with chiropractic care. 2. Unprofessional and pushy -- they strongly discouraged me from seeing a physical therapist at all for a few weeks. Thankfully I went to see a physical therapist anyways who accurately predicted that I have a disc issue. When I called suntree chiropractic to let them know that I wanted to discontinue my care until I had an mri, Tricia Gray was very unprofessional and snippy. She didn't even let me talk and just lectured me about how physical therapy was going to make me worse and that other chiropractors would worsen my problem. I was planning to return, but they lost a client because of her behavior. Thankfully she was wrong and physical therapy has eliminated most of my pain and I continue improving. They were also a couple other issues that gave me the impression that they lacked professionalism. Bottom line, I personally did not feel comfortable here. I felt like they tried to scare me into staying and were incredibly pushy.

This is what I wrote to his superiors and to those that Request requested comments in my suggestions. I said, " Your doctor, Dr. Miller and staff were in Direct competition with Cleveland, Clinic and Dr. Brooks staff. Not only that, so was your Hospital at Palm Bay versus the Hosp In Vero Beach called Cleveland clinic. I chose Dr. Miller over the esteemed Dr Brooks not because Dr. Miller was younger or that he did more surgeries which he did not in comparison to Dr. Brooks. Dr. Brooks has a five fold total above Dr. Miller in regards to hip replacement. Although Dr Brooks is an esteemed seasoned Dr. An instructor, I chose Dr. Brooke and his staff because of the massive number of feedback Online from actual customers and their comments in regards to How happy they were after the procedure, how happy they were in choosing Dr. Miller and his staff and how successful they felt years later, as well as how caring his staff was, and how responsible, Confident and serious they took each day in doing their job. That amount of feedback was fivefold of the feedback. Dr. Brooks had online from what I could find. That feedback Was more valued than the five times of experience, Dr. Brooks had. In my opinion, I chose the right Doctor Who did the right job. PS - He And his staff did so well that I had zero bruising, zero discoloration, and nearly 0 pain after my surgery. I just wish I could bungee jump... Lol Just kidding." Then, if I could, I would've dropped the mic and walked away.
