There was another place I booked and I called and the individual I spoke to was not friendly so on the ride there I called Brazilian wax by andreia and spoke with someone so friendly and asked if they take walk ins and she said they indeed do. I canceled the other place and changed my uber route to there. I literally had my luggage with me so I was a little embarrassed but I needed this done immediately lol. I came in and it was the cutest decor upon entrance and everyone was friendly. I was greeted by Rose and she was nice. She looked and said " I'll do your stomach", um they don't do that in St. Louis at all. She also knew I shaved and mentioned the reason and what happens when you shave. I told her it was a life or death reason I shaved( out the country and no where to get waxed ). Rose was nice and sweet and fast. I was in and out and I appreciated that most out of everything. I felt comfortable. If I'm ever in Georgia I will return.

I thought it was weird, but it always hurts so it's fine, she told me my hair was really coarse and so that it's hard. Today my right eyebrow is in so much pain, but my left eyebrow is completely fine. I've never had this happen before and disappointed that this is a service I paid for.

I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I will have to try to find a new wax space because this is truly terrible customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I have gotten very good waxes in the past

Denise has much experience with bleaching and waxing so she also told me which products she was using and how they worked on my skin, but we mostly discussed God. While the products were working, Denise shared information about her ministry, her past, and offered me trauma-healing services. She shared incredible stories of helping non-christian clients find Jesus Christ and accept him into their hearts during their waxing or bleaching services. She even offered to help me heal from abuse trauma with scripture, if I had any.
