She is extremely flexible in her hours and has even accommodated me at 7:30 in the morning one time when work conflicted with my scheduled appointment. Her prices are very reasonable. Above all she is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I know. I will be moving from Washington soon but still plan to travel to her to do my nails. I can't imagine going anywhere else. My natural…read morenails are long so I just wanted them filed even but my tech wouldn't cut or file them for some reason? she just evened out the one short nail i had with the same nail one the other hand so i had two weirdly short nails. a huge reason i want my nails done is to shape and file them because i don't like doing it myself and i didn't even get that. my cuticles were cut a tad too short as well but otherwise okay. i wish i didn't have to fight to get what i want every time i get my nails done. i gave up trying to get what i wanted after the third time i said something.

The owner said, she didn't care about what I had to say and she'd only support the people that work for her and take their word over any customer.
