Worst possible service ever. We took in a lower window sash that had a cracked glass. They quoted…read moreus $240 to replace the thermal glass and said it would take two weeks. We lived out of area, so it was quite a drive for us to Ludington. We called every week to see if it was ready. They kept telling us they were working on it. Finally, after a month, we insisted we needed the window now. We were leaving for 3 weeks and had to secure our home and keep out critters and weather. The manager said he would call us when it was ready, but never did, so we called him. After major attitude, he said we could pick it up at closing. After all this, Ludington Pain & Glass charged us $380 -- $140 more than their original quote. For $500, we could have had the window manufacturer replace the entire lower sash and send installers right to our home to put it in. We will NEVER use them again or recommend them. Poor, slow service, rude manager and overcharges customers with no notice or explanation.

I watched his daughter for an hour while they went back to the warehouse and got me a new one. 9:30 PM and my bed is finally set up. hes chatting with me and said some rude and degrading comments about my boyfriend before leaving.
