I feel this is rather disingenuous- they offered a store credit only- however we explained that we were on our way out of town and not planning on coming back to Pentwater. I understand it's a small business, and I understand they stated they have a no return policy however feel it was not properly posted & seeing as she bought the shirt a minute before and hadn't even left the store yet, they should have made an exception. Just my humble opinion.
