this place is absolutely awesome. It has a huge selection of unique yarns of all colors, textures and weights. Many hand dyed and novelty yarns. It's a mindboggling assortment. For such a small town, this is truly an amazing yarn shop. I've been there twice. The people who work there are very friendly. Definitely recommend to any fiber artist! read more

Nautical Yarns in Ludington is a very comprehensive yarn store. I feel blessed to have such a store in our area. I have always found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. The only problems I've ever had there is deciding which beautiful fibers I will be using next. They are constantly adding new yarns to the already impressive inventory so frequent visits are necessary for this Yarnaholic! From start to finish - they have you covered including classes for beginners all the way to master knitters. They encourage you to try new skills and are there to help if you need some guidance.
