Horrible owner. Sketchy business practices - more than once invoiced for cleanings already paid. Also charges excessive extra $ for items left by guests (ex: $40 for an IPad or a bracelet). No respect for clients. Hired in May - done by August. No consistency in cleaning. Cleaning supplies left behind. Random towels (not mine) left at my house. My towels/pillow cases missing. Stovetop dirty every time and was told that was "extra" since they consider it a deep clean to change out foil tins under electric cooktops. I had to hire this company after mine retired suddenly (after 20 years with them). Do NOT hire this company - the owner will screw you over. read more

The previous poor reviews make complete sense. Complete unsatisfactory job, and owner does not rectify problem but tries to argue what happened. Left dirt dust and a smear in the bathroom uncleaned. If I could give Donna from Girl Friday negative stars, I would. Her cleaning people are fine and you can tell she works them hard to meet set cleaning hours for each house. Donna is the real problem here. She comes across as professional and hard working but boy, she is the total opposite! As soon as I had any requests or feedback on what I was paying her to do in my home, she threatened to sever our working relationship. There aren't a lot of cleaning crews in Bend so I just kept my mouth shut mostly. I noticed nothing was ever done correctly or thoroughly. I would ask to call her to chat but she would NEVER pick up the phone...hiding behind her nasty text messages and emails. In the 2/3 months I worked with her, she never once picked up a call from me. Honestly, it made me sad to even have to deal with people like Donna in Bend. I didn't know such nasty people existed in Bend. Stay clear of this woman and her shoddy business. Nothing but a huge waste of my time I invested in trying to work with her. read more

I asked specific questions and was guaranteed the job would be done right and the cleaners did a terrible job didn't even get to the bedrooms, left dirt and trash all over the house and then threaten to take me to court if I did not pay them. The seller of a house on Prospector Loop in Bend paid Girl Friday (GF) to perform a move out clean and be there up to 5 hours. I, the buyer, found the house still dirty. I contacted GF and requested they return and redo the entire clean except the oven. I was lied to by the owner of GF, my real estate agent was lied to and the seller's real estate agent was lied to by the owner of GF. The owner agreed to come back to reclean. However they stayed 20 minutes and cleaned a couple of light fixtures then left. This is completely unacceptable! We have used this cleaning service for our vacation rental for several years now. This summer was fantastic! We did not have one complaint related to cleaning. In the past, if there were going to be problems related to cleaning, they usually occurred in the busier summer time. I have been there a time or two after they cleaned and have been impressed. Owner is very organized about getting your cleaning schedule set up. I try to keep all paper supplies etc on hand but occasionally we run out of something and they are great about replacing it with a little upcharge- even get propane tanks filled. They are horrible I have called and called trying to speak to the owner she will not answer or return calls, the girls who came to clean did not do a thing my kids clean better them them. Consumer beware! This was the worse experience in over 30 years of having places cleaned. They did a terrible job, lied and insulted my elderly parents that were there to show the condo for rent , this company was hired to clean my Airbnb condo as my long term gal moved. . There is a list given initially of what is expected but this company does not expect you to check after they are finished. They are literally Wham Bam thank you ma'am company . All about the money and not the service. They are in and out , forgetting to do things they are hired to do; clean the garbage cans and put plastic bags in, leave toilet paper in excess of one roll for the guests that are coming for a week, clean out the coffee pot, leave water as requested and cookies left dirty laundry in the living room , I could go on and on and on but the worst thing was that it was the floors were filthy. The guests checked and sent me a picture within 15 minutes of how dirty their feet were. So when I contacted the Company immediately to let them know of all the things that are wrong, what does she do? fires me knowing that it's very difficult to get cleaning companies at the drop of a hat. Luckily I was able to get somebody to go over there but it was not a good situation, I ended up giving two nights credit to the guests because it was so embarrassing. And paying the gal that i hired. I have a five star rating until I hired this company please believe my words because they are truthful. She will respond with such untruths , they are actually comical. The owner responds about my 89-year-old mother and father chasing the cleaning girl down the street so she had to call 911. Absolutely absurd. read more

WARNING!! If you are a vacation-home-owner in Bend or Sunriver, DON'T USE GIRL FRIDAY (or SPARKLE)!! I have two homes in Sunriver and in one-year's time, Girl Friday dropped the ball THREE times..... not cleaning my homes on the scheduled day(s). My guests would arrive and find my homes unkept, beds unmade with previous' guests linens/towels. The last and final straw was when my guest-family arrived late at night (10:30PM) and again Girl Friday hadn't cleaned the house (admitted wrote down wrong date) and didn't even have the curtsey to offer an apology (had to call them later the following day - 4:00pm - "what's up? I haven't heard from you!") My guests ended up cleaning, washing bed sheets, moping, kitchen cleaning and not crawling into clean bed sheets until 3:00 AM. They even had to drive into nearest town to purchase cleaning supplies!!!! And to top it off Girl Friday ended their service to my homes, so I was left to find a cleaning company that would take over! read more
