She stood there waiting while…read moreemployees walked around, and apparently nobody thought it was worth their time to even acknowledge her. Not a "we'll be right with you," not a "sorry for the wait," nothing. What makes it even worse is that the employees seemed far more interested in standing around the bar and pouring drinks than taking care of customers who were waiting for their food. Apparently, actually helping customers who have already paid for their meals wasn't a priority. Being busy is one thing. Completely ignoring someone standing right in front of you is another. Basic customer service isn't complicated: acknowledge the customer, communicate, and take care of them. This place managed to fail at all three. My wife shouldn't have to stand there feeling invisible just to pick up a pizza she already ordered. If this is how customers are treated when they walk through the door, we'll gladly take our business somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable. We won't be back

Now, on the plus size the portion is huge. This is certainly enough for 1 pizza to eat, and not even bother with getting a pizza. However, I wanted to try the pizza too. For the pizza, I tried the $36.50 Liguria + $4.50 sausage + $4.00 mushrooms. The pizza was just alright. A whole lot of bread, and kind of thin on the toppings. The flop wasn't too bad, but I just wasn't feeling the pizza all that much. Ironically the bread that comes with the burrata was the best item here. Great location next to Dick's, Dillard's, and a bunch of would be mall spots. I don't think I'd come eat here again though.

The box was wet with condensation and the pizza was like warm at best. After we put it on our plates, it was ice cold first bite. I had a crappy day and the last thing I wanted to do was cook supper, but I got to cook anyway. No thanks to Papa John's in Bowdon. The pizza didn't even have topping evenly over the pizza and no sauce on one part of the crust. I called back to talk to a different "manager". This one tells me that she can give a refund... Just not today. That I would have to call back the next day. I'm guessing that by tomorrow I would have missed my window to get a refund... If this is all there is here, I'll go to Carrollton anytime. Never again Bowdon PaPa John's. I would give zero stars... But she had to put at least one.
