Awesome pizza!!!

The pizza and sampler were delicious. The service was great and the ambiance was cool and chill.

I haven't had this in so long because the last time i ate here our Pizza was obviously burned but they waited for us to complain to replace it. This was however in a different location and it was 3 years ago. So i decided to give it another try. This time for delivery. I ordered the Deep Dish All Meat abd Extra Thin Chicken Pesto. It was tasty full of flavor. And the crunchiness of the Extra Thin Chicken Pesto. I was actually picking the sides around the pizza. I also had the Parmesan Fries oh so yummy. Cooked perfectly and the right amount of seasoning. Next time i would be trying their wings next time. So there will definitely a next time.

Worst guy working the phone on Wednesday June 16th at 9 PM. Gave me a salad with bacon and chicken I it after I specified I needed vegetarian. Upon calling back called me a liar and hung up the phone. Never again visiting this worst location. This franchise knew how to take care of customers. I worked there as an employee for several years. No wonder Lou Malnati's has got their number!!!

Large deep dish pizza!

Deep dish pizza is one of my favorite things to eat! However I'll never be able to decide which I like more, giordanos or Lou malnatis! My family and I picked giordanos and we got one deep dish, one thin crust and the cheesy garlic bread. We did different toppings for half of the pizzas and they got the order correct! We ordered it around 1220 and it came by 130, which was right on time! The food was great as always. The cheesy garlic bread had the right amount of garlic blended with the cheese. Thin crust is also good here too. I know everyone goes crazy for the deep dish but just incase someone was wondering about thin crust (:

Great pizza but give them extra time because I waiting over a hour for what was told was 40 minutes.

My family and I gathered here today for lunch to celebrate my Dad's Birthday!! I believe we have…read moreeaten at Mia Francesca at another location, but this was our first time treating this location and we were pleased! The decor and aesthetic inside is really well done. Hey have a prime real estate spot right on the corner of Touhy and Lincoln, and the best part of this location is there's garage parking attached to the building! Always a plus when a restaurant has parking! (I can't speak to what parking is like on a busy weekend night, but it's definitely great to have parking on site!) Our server was Jeff K and he was so kind and attentive to us the entire dining experience. When he saw that my daughter and I brought a birthday gift, he proactively asked whose birthday it was! When we told him, he secretly told us he will bring something special for him later (which he did). We didn't order any appetizers but were brought complimentary warm bread for the table. Our entire party enjoyed our entrees and the ambiance. The hostess also came over and checked on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, and we were never left waiting for anything, and did not feel rushed to move along. I imagine this restaurant had a beautiful vibe in the evening, and the outdoor patio seating will be very popular when the weather stabilizes. Will definitely be back!

We have a little one so we wanted to go out and eat as a family for our anniversary. They were so accommodating with getting us situated and taking care of us. Our kiddo really enjoyed the environment and loved eating there even though he dropped food on the floor. LOL. Food is excellent as well. Highly recommend the calamari as an appetizer. I got the special of a swordfish and loved the presentation and how it was plated. Kids' meal is also quite generous In portions . We were also touched that they gave us dessert on the house for our anniversary and it was delicious. We will absolutely come here again to eat out. One really big plus is that their parking is garage parking!

My girlfriend and I both opted for the halibut with farro special. I'm a pescetarian and picky about my fish and this was perfectly cooked. The basmati reduction was mellow and savory. The couple we were with had pasta and both loved their dishes. This is the quality of food one would hope for in a downtown or River North restaurant, but it's in Evanston with more reasonable parking. The menu leans towards elevated Italian, and not the heavy red sauce stuff (not that there's anything wrong with that). Everything has been great. The restaurant itself is in a vintage building with nice high ceilings. It's much larger than what it seems from the outside. All in all, a nice place to take a date, or for a special occassion or even if you just feel fancy. Not too spendy considering the food quality and service. Can highly recommend.

It was pretty empty when I arrived, but the restaurant filled up when I left, so I'd recommend making a reservation. Just FYI, they only take reservations by phone. I ordered the scallop as a starter, seafood linguine for my main, and the date cake for dessert. The scallop was very good. It had a wonderfully soft texture, and the sauce was flavorful without overpowering the scallop. Generally just a very well balanced dish. The seafood linguine, though, was way too salty for my taste, and the pasta was overcooked. I understand that a lot of Italian restaurants in the U.S. serve pasta a little softer than traditional al dente, but this felt slightly overcooked even by that standard. The pasta became somewhat mushy once mixed with the sauce. On the positive side, they were quite generous with the seafood and other ingredients. The date cake was then too sweet for me. It also didn't taste particularly fresh. The texture made me wonder if it had been frozen and reheated before serving, because it was hard at first and a little crunchy around the edges. The caramel sauce was also very dense and sweet. If you're a date cake person, I'd recommend trying Ema's. In my opinion, they have one of the best date cakes in the Chicago area. Service was alright, but a little strange. The staff who kept refilling my water were very attentive, although I don't think they were actually my server (I hope they were getting some of the tips). The server who took my order disappeared for quite a while, so someone else eventually checked on me and took my dessert order, and then it was another person who brought me the check. Since I was seated at the bar, I also found the experience a little awkward. I didn't order any drinks, and neither the bartender nor my server really interacted with me beyond what was necessary. I hadn't chosen the bar seating myself, so it ended up feeling a little impersonal. There were some highlights, especially the scallop, but the pasta, dessert, and somewhat disconnected service made it more of a 3.5-star experience for me. Maybe I'll give it another shot with friends together and try some of their other dishes, if I happen to be nearby.

One of the…read morecouples in our group and frequent patrons and recommended this restaurant as our place to meet. I live in Buena Park, and I have driven down Irving Park Road, passing this restaurant one hundred times, but never gave it much thought. The space was originally a pizza restaurant called Hearth & Crust and owned by the same people. From what I understand, they closed their original Bueno Terra restaurant in Logan Square and reopened it in this Hearth & Crust space. In fact, the Hearth & Crust logo is still etched into the glass at the inner front of the restaurant. The restaurant was packed, especially with families, but they sat us in a semi-private, glass-enclosed room at the front of the restaurant. The sliding windows were open to the sidewalk and Irving Park Road. That kept the room pleasantly cool, but it was noisy. I could not hear anyone talk except the people sitting right next to me. We had one waiter assigned to our table--someone who knew the people in our group who frequent Bueno Terra--and he was personable and attentive. For the table, we ordered the arancini and fried calamari. Both were excellent. For my entrée, I ordered the Melanzana alla Emilia Romagna--eggplant medallions with a crunchy almond crust served with tomato basil sauce and topped with caramelized onions and goat cheese. Kind of a play on eggplant parmesan, but richer and better. My friends said that they often order it as an appetizer. It was unusual and delicious--I loved it. I do not drink alcohol, but I ordered a Berry Lemonade--strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry muddled with lemon soda. It was tart but refreshing. Platters were served with mixed of desserts--tiramisu, cheesecake and profiteroles. All excellent. The service and food were both great and we all had a wonderful time. Although it doesn't look like much driving past Irving Park Road, Bueno Terra is a gem that I highly recommend.

With that, After countless…read morevisits to Stefani Prime, you would think that I would have at least one thing negative to say, but I do not. From the hosts or hostesses, every individual bartender or server, all the way to table visits from a manager or even a Chef, you are made to feel like the most important guests in the restaurant. Punctuated by an AMAZING meal, each visit was individually unique and beyond enjoyable. The daily specials offer a soup that never disappoints no matter what the selection. Even In the heat of Summer, the lure of these soups set a standard that anything on the menu will satisfy. The choices are many, and what seem to be a labor of love from the Chef. With subtle background music and a comfortably lit dining area, it shows that you are wanted to feel welcomed and relaxed. I fail to leave my menu preferences on this review because there are too many and, every choice I make is it difficult one. I of course have my favorites, but can assure any diner that you'll never regret any choice you make on that menu. Stopping in there for a drink is always an option as well. The veteran bar staff gives you consistency in quality preparation of GOOD cocktails ranging from the standards to custom creations. Most recently I was introduced to a seasonal drink referred to as "walk in the park". Its everything you want in a drink, and for me it's set the table perfectly for the steak dinner that followed. We were so happy to have somewhere in the neighborhood offering you a top shelf evening of cocktails and a meal, which has been the consistent soul of Stefani Prime since it opened. Bon appetit....... And thank you to the Stefani restaurant group for continuing the tradition of attaching your heart to a restaurant and not just your name.
