Poor Customer Service, Bad Attitude
Recently in September 2013, I had a couple of bad experiences at Gino's Pizza in Ancaster. It's only about a pizza order so I will keep my complaint short. The staff member makes a series of mistakes and screws up my order. When trying to address the situation, he is rude and non-apologetic and lies to me about what happenned. The poor response bothered me and I didn't get a promised call back so later on I went to talk to the manager and owner.
They were both rude, sarcastic and also non apologetic. Somehow it was all my fault. All I did was order a pizza. It's a simple process. It became obvious, from what they said to me, that the the owner and staff have a disdain for their customers. It was almost shocking what was said to me I never even asked for a freebie or anything. All i wanted to do was identify that a staff member had poor customer service skills and that I wastreated quite poorl.
