We were trying to find a gift shop to help commemorate our trip to Raleigh. It turned out to be a difficult feat. I found this one last second with about a half an hour before closing 11 minutes away from us. So we sped off get there in time. When we got there and walked through the little pink door, it was the cutest little shop. So my friend is visiting from Scotland and we wanted to get some kind of necklace or piece of jewelry that matched. They have a great selection. We opted for some lava rock bracelets that help with communication, truth, and strength. I grabbed a little shot glass that said North Carolina on it because I have to have a trinket from every trip I make. When we were checking out, she said that somebody wanted to donate a basket to somebody that they had bought and wasn't gonna pick up so we ended up getting a free basket from Krystal! That was the sweetest thing. We were like two little school girls opening it up and dividing all of the little snacks inside. So thank you for making the end of our trip wonderful!! read more

Amazing service and products! Our company always gets gift baskets for our customers for Christmas. We've used a popular online company for years, but this year, they messed up our order and we had to scramble to find a plan B! After doing some research we found Gingham & Posh. We loved how we could design the gift boxes with the colors of our company logo. The staff was great to work with and finished our boxes in a great time frame, even with the Christmas rush! When shops are both cute AND save the day, they deserve recognition. I've been feverishly (and by feverishly, I mean I just started 2 days ago) searching for Christmas presents. I'd driven by this place before and waited till the perfect time to check it out. It's right off 70 on Hollyridge Dr in a small strip of other small businesses. There's parking right at the door. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by more than one person and had to take it all in because there was so much to explore. You name the cute, not-often-seen gift idea, and I'm sure it's there. They have a section for NC based products, one devoted to dressing the cute little people in your life, one for the curious and quirky, for the stylish and on and on. They also make baskets out of almost anything in the store. While I didn't need one, I got the impression that they'd help me through the process if warranted. The service was great - so much so, that once I shared for whom and why I was shopping, I was offered suggestions that weren't out for display yet. I can't wait to find another reason to return. This company is outstanding! They take customer service to the next level! I live in California and I contacted this store to have an Easter basket delivered to my 20 year old daughter who is currently living in Raleigh. I gave them a few tips on some candy ideas that my daughter likes and then left the rest of the basket to their discretion. I also gave them a monetary amount of what I was looking to spend and then we agreed on a delivery date. I called on Wednesday before Easter Sunday and they set up delivery for the Friday before Easter. I was surprised were able to help me on such short notice! Our daughter called us on Easter Sunday and she was gushing with thank you's for the basket. She said it came on a day when she was having a bad day and was feeling low and missing home. She started to go on about the items in the basket and how each one was something she had been wanting or needing. I was amazed at the quality of items that were in the basket as well as how many things there were! I could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making it. I have been to this store a couple times while visiting my parents in Raleigh and they have great gifts and merchandise. They have a great selection of Raleigh and NC made things as well. My mom is in the hospital and I knew they made gift baskets, so I called from GA to have one made and delivered to her. The lady on the phone was so helpful and nice. She put together a custom basket of things to cheer up my mom during her recovery to meet my budget. She told me it would probably be next day delivery, but somehow they got it to her that same afternoon! They went way above and beyond and were so nice. I have sent 4 gift baskets from here and can tell you that everyone who has received them still talk about them. You won't find anything like these baskets anywhere else in Raleigh. They literally arrive like they are a "party in a basket" with cool, cool products, vibrant ribbons and colors.
