Service is outstanding and Staff is great in explaining which items are best for your pet and WHY as well as their efforts to locate difficult to find items. their prices are highly competitive - in other words, they are outstanding in every way especially when you consider the fact that they also carry the highest quality products as well as typical brands. I wouldn't go any other place and believe me, I have put a lot of research in regarding locating the best store. They carry EVERYTHING with the highest diversity! My experience with their store is WAY OVERDUE to share on YELP - I could not be more appreciative!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!! TERI FRIEDMAN

Pet Mania is a nice little pet store that has premier brands and healthier choices for your pets…read more From goats milk to toys, and everything in between, there is something for everyone and every pet. Cats, rabbits, dogs, birds, they have it! My biggest complaint, though, is pricing. Some things are way overpriced and others are on the lower end. There's no real balance when it comes to their prices so just know that going in. We bought our dog a few hide-free bones and a toy, which they have a great selection of both. However, with the confusion on prices, I'm unsure if we will be back for anything other than the treats we normally buy her and toys (since those were reasonable). Oh! And they have Ziwi which is normal priced, so that's a bonus!

I agree with all the great reviews for Cuddles On Call! Megan and Justin did a wonderful job and I…read morewasn't worried about the medicine that my cat has to have twice a day; they were happy to do so, 12 hours apart -- and they are skilled at giving meds in general. They video taped the cats hanging out and getting lots of attention and sent it to me while we were gone. I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals! If I still had dogs, I would also hire them in a heartbeat! Carroll H. PS Sorry it took me so long to post this, guys!

Jaylene (groomer) not only met my expectation but he had exceeded them. He took awsome care of my little guy. I am totally satisfied - if I could give 5 more stars I would. This location is so,equations out of the way, and a little bit of a drive, but it's well worth it. Definitely recommending this location and groomer.

I scheduled an appointment with the Millbrook Petsmart outside my community store in Knightdale…read morebecause they were booked. Left early but an accident along the way delayed traffic. I called and spoke with a young lady who suggested I would have to pay a late fee if beyond 15 minutes. No problem and arriving 2 minutes beyond that I was told they couldn't take my pet grooming appoint. No one or pets were in the salon. Elizabeth I believe is the lead team associate. I viewed this as Petsmart and associates lack of business skills and client interaction In dealing with the public. My schedule was tight and the tip would have been above average had she just given my pet a groom. I will no longer use this facility and will remember that awful attendant who got pleasure trying to ruin my day. This review pertains only to the Raleigh Millbrook Rd location

My Favorite Fish Store!…read more This is hands down my favorite fish store! It's such a relief to know the crew here--Jillian, Evan, and Chris--are not only friendly and laidback, but also incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I'm fairly new to the hobby and they've always been patient in answering my questions, guiding me through everything, and encouraging me to do my research before purchasing. I'm especially into puffer fish and rainbow fish, and every fish I've brought home from here has been healthy and in great condition. Of course, as a buyer, it's also important to do your own due diligence--acclimating and quarantining properly really helps your fish settle in and thrive. What makes this store even better is that they offer special orders! If there's something specific you're looking for, talk to Evan--he's amazing! Super friendly and attentive, and he'll take great care of you and your order. Every visit is a great experience--the whole crew creates a welcoming, fun, and relaxed environment. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned aquarist, I highly recommend this place. They also carry a wide variety of amphibians, reptiles, tropical, and saltwater fish--definitely a well-rounded store for all things aquatic (and more!).
