Not sure why it's a challenge to get a sugar free flavored drink. Boba was good but overpriced (it was someone else's drink)

Fast service and refreshing beverage for a hot summer day. They run $5 specials on Fridays. Plenty…read moreof options and you can add things like frozen yogurt to your smoothie blend. They give you calorie breakdowns for every drink and the few times that I've been there it's been in and out in 5 minutes or less. There is also a drive thru if you don't want to leave the comforts of your car. Strawberry kiwi breeze is light and refreshing. The pineapple flavored smoothie is equally as good if you want a more robust tangy flavor. Good substitute for Jamba Juice which I can't seem to find around here.

I used to work at this location, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it. Management…read morewas largely absent, often only stopping by once or twice a month for 20-30 minutes at a time. Important messages regarding employee safety, allergies, and accommodations were frequently ignored. One of my biggest concerns was food safety. There was a lot of cross-contamination between fruits, ice cream, açaí, and other ingredients. Employees often did not change gloves between handling peanut butter and fruit products, which is especially concerning for customers with allergies. The area where cup lids are stored was also extremely dirty and rarely cleaned. I personally have a severe allergy that management knew about. I was hospitalized twice due to cross-contamination, yet management never properly communicated precautions to staff or ensured I could work safely away from the ingredients I was allergic to. I also witnessed a coworker reach out regarding disability accommodations and receive no meaningful response. Quality control was another issue. If a customer never picked up an açaí bowl, it could sit in the freezer for hours and later be used when someone ordered the same item instead of being remade fresh. I also saw incorrect smoothies sent out to customers, with some employees assuming nobody would notice as long as the drinks looked similar. Overall, the lack of management involvement, poor communication, cleanliness concerns, and inconsistent food-handling practices made this a disappointing place to work and would make me think twice about being a customer.

We tried Kyoto cold brew that's made from the glass apparatus and it was so good. We are very picky…read moreabout our cold brew, and it was within the range we could accept-- not overly acidic, strong roasted flavor but not overshadowed by the bitterness. It hit all the checkmarks for us. Even after a day old it was still reallly good. Server was also super helpful in getting us suggestion for another specialty drink. We avoided the sweeter ones so landed on the London smog latte with steamed oat milk, 2 shots of expresso, earl gray and cane syrup. The earl gray flavor was just perfect with the coffee and oat aroma. One of the best flavors coffee we've had. After the tea got steeped for a while it got a bit too strong but I still liked it at a lot. I love that it's aromatic without being overpowered by sweetness.

Delicious coffee in a third-wave setting…read more The drinks are well crafted. Their drip coffees are brewed freshly, and there are options of a couple different beans. The espresso is pulled for a smooth shot. Their offerings resemble those of corporate coffee shops, despite some of the indie trappings. The beans come from a national wholesaler, and many specialty drinks are based on syrup flavors. I get the impression that this used to be an indie shop but that its character changed as it scaled up. The upshot is that they make generally agreeable coffee drinks that cost a little more than usual.
