I spoke to a woman who explained that if I spend $150 on services I will get 20% off services. So I reiterated back to her, "Since I'm getting two area rugs cleaned for a total cost of $150 (plus tax) the total cost after the 20% redemption code should be approximately $120, correct?" When the cleaners arrived, they were at the house for only about an hour, yet we were billed for an hour and a half. They arrived a few minutes late and spent a fair amount of time chatting, touring the house, etc, before getting started. I don't mind friendly conversation at all, but I do mind paying for time that wasn't actually spent cleaning. The quality of the cleaning itself was also just average. The house was already generally clean, so the focus was supposed to be on dusting, cleaning the floors, and generally doing a deeper clean than the cursory clean we do each time when we leave the beach house. Unfortunately, when we came back to the house after the cleaning we were disappointed to find significant dust bunnies under the beds, sand under the carpets, and the dirty dishes in the dishwasher hadn't even been run let alone put away. Overall, the house looked okay, but it wasn't cleaned to the standard we expected. We appreciate that they squeezed us into their schedule, but based on the communication, billing, and quality of the cleaning, we'll likely look elsewhere the next time we're at the shore.

She came out the first time and cleaned, and when I checked many of the surfaces were still very dirty. I texted her all of the issues that we had and she offered to come out a second time. They came out a second time and said they cleaned again. I went back the same night everything was still very dirty. There was dust on the fans, the chandeliers were still sticky. I had renters in, which is why I needed a deep clean, the renters were not clean. This cleaning service was $325, more expensive than any cleaning company I have ever hired. I assumed this would mean it would be the best Cleaning I've ever seen. This is not the case. Not only will you spend way too much money on this cleaning service, but they will not actually clean your house.
