When I went back to work with them in person, I had a pretty negative bias going in, but after talking with the owner he gave me confidence he would solve the problem and he did. It was a pretty bizarre issue and even my more mechanically inclined buddies said it was a really tough one to track. (For the dorks: There was a single connector pin inside the fuel pump that was cracked in half, down inside the connector housing). They also took care of me in a way that I was very satisfied with with regards to cost.

To add insult to injury found out from the dealership that I bought my vehicle from that there was an option to fix my vehicle with more standard parts that would have cost about a third of a price. I made an…read moreappointment for an oil change tire rotation for 8 AM in the morning, I dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM, I assumed that it would be done by no later than 10 AM Seeing how I had an 8 AM appointment, but they just stick your vehicle in line with other vehicles and get to it when they can, I called them at 12 noon and my vehicle had not even gone back for service yet. This has now happened twice at this dealership, which is now under new ownership, the previous ownership I've never had issues with. I'm not going to be using this dealership anymore.
