I imagine it can become a little noisy when it's filled with people, but we had arrived early so there wasn't any issues with noise. Our server was polite and friendly. She put the coffee on fresh for us. She checked on us several times during our meal. I loved my brisket. It was tender and moist and very good! I added some sauce to my plate for dipping. There were 4 sauces to choose from, but the two I enjoyed were the Mustard BBQ, and the Chipotle BBQ. Both had some heat which added some great flavors to the brisket. The others all enjoyed their orders as well. Mom loved her pulled pork, and she had a great time. We all went home where cake, ice cream, presents and birthday cards awaited her.
