Since I always floss Doctor Bates takes some time to talk a little golf which I enjoy. I never needed an emergency visit but I was told if you did he is so busy he is hard to get an appointment with. I don't know if it matters to you but I normally see him on a Friday. I highly recommend him.

They were out of coffee in the waiting room & they still use styrofoam cups, so that's something they can improve upon. They've also offered gun locks with the Veterans Crisis Line number listed on it, in the age of "22", this is an appreciated offering.

I didn't know anything other than I would be able to get help. Boy, did they help! When I was going, they had videos for new moms that teach necessary parenting and safety skills that new and expecting mamas would watch for "mommy money" that they would save up and turn in for different baby supplies. I probably could have "done it" without HPC, but it would have been so much harder. I'm so thankful for the ladies I met there, and so sad that I had to move away from Iowa because I miss them every day and am sad that I cannot volunteer there and pay it forward. Thank you HPC.
