I went there because I was in pain from a tooth that either needed fixed or pulled and I was told they would help me, they said they were going to do there full scan because it was included. So they did many, many x-rays on my mouth without the lead vest. Did all kinds of scans, did a gum check and probably a few more things just to have the dentist or doctor come in and be incredibly rude, then told me if he fixed just one tooth i would be right back in next week wanting another one fixed and the only option is to get some full mouth surgery. Its all an up-sale, they don't care about helping you. I went to River Hills the same day and got it pulled and everything is fine. The dentist there was fantastic and i highly recommend River Hills in Centerville. If this review can save one person from going through this sort of experience then I am happy. So aspen dental strikes again my son drove a half hour to his appointment just so they can tell him it was changed. They have called me before to cancel so they have my number but they did not call and I can guarantee they will not reimburse any gas or time that he missed from his job. read more

I was at Aspen Dental today. I went to get dentures and an immediate dentures.. for after the "whole mouth extractions". I have $5000.00 of Humana insurance. The business office got me a loan for $3000.00. The teeth are going to cost me $4020.00 !!! I do not understand. Can anyone explain this treatment summery to me? read more

I had made an appointment to get a chipped tooth repaired. When I got into the chair IN THE CHAIR I was told they needed to do this long list of other things first and I would need to talk to their consultant about getting those scheduled and done first before they would fix a chipped tooth. Why wasn't I told this on the phone when I made the appointment several weeks ago?? I had their free assessment done in January so they knew what was in my chart when I called for this appointment. I left and called River Hills told them what I needed done and got and appointment this afternoon. If you go here to Aspen be prepared to spend a lot of money and time getting what they want done and putting your wants on the back burner. read more

Service was not good. Staff treat people as lesser class people . Chair side manner was lacking. Top of dentures fix great. Bottoms were loose and when staff was told abot them. They said so what do you want us to do? Will never recommend ever going there read more

The office I go to is not organize as well as other dental offices I been to. They change appointment a lot.

the fact that they drop your appointment instantly after you don't call to confirm that you will be at the appointment THAT YOU ALREADY MADE is so infuriating when they call you in the middle of the work day so obviously you don't get the message until it's too late and they've already closed and given your appointment to someone else. so stupid. hate them read more

We spent a fortune, my partial denture finally turned out ok, but they told me when I first started that the "molded temporary' one was part of the 2700 I paid, then found out another 600 or so was then charged. Argued for quite some time to no satisfaction, I ended up paying it. Funnier yet, paid them $100/mo for 2 months and as soon as all dental work was done, I still owed them $400. Before I could get it paid, and I mean in less than 30 days, I was turned over to a collection agency. Only good thing is that I saved 15% by paying all off at once. read more

Great, caring staff front office got me right in, dental assistants were very friendly and attentive, the dentist was also extremely helpful, informative and gentle the office managers were so nice and helped answer all of the questions I had regarding my treatment and financing it. Overall very positive experience, they didn't sugarcoat anything & treated me with care & respect. read more
