A couple scrapes into the cleaning, and I told her to stop, it felt like she was causing damage to my teeth. I left Dental Professionals and drive to my previous dentist (I changed due to job location change) I asked them to check that there had been no damage. Thankfully there was no damage to the teeth. However, they went ahead and did the cleaning for me. There was no pain, no extreme prying at my teeth, and no rudeness.

I visited him in an emergency situation with a severely infected tooth that had my entire face swollen and in terrible pain he drilled into my front tooth without even attempting to deaden it then lanced the abscess and then said "it is like being a veterinarian" to his assistant like I wasn't even there. I left the office with 7 days of antibiotics and NO care instructions. To say the least my new dentist was very angry about this.
