She has a beautiful bedroom and living area and the place always smells fresh and clean. She has participated in a wide variety of activities from making crafts and going on group outings, to playing bingo and winning a homemade quilt (made by another resident). The onsite amenities are very nice and every day there's a new activity to participate in. I really appreciate all the efforts made to keep the residents motivated, engaged, and included. The leadership and staff are also exceptional. They truly care about the residents and it shows in how they talk to them and treat them. From day one they have been warm and kind and have treated my grandmother like family. And each time I've visited they've been extremely friendly and accommodating. It's easy to get worried about a loved one when they move into a new place, but the love and respect shown to my grandmother has been truly amazing. Dion and Sammi really have an amazing attention to detail, and it shows in how this facility is run. The facility is quite large, has extended care and also rehabilitation. The meals are good and the facility is really clean. I thought the rooms were quite spacious and there are plenty of public spaces to hang out with family. The most important point is that it seems quite safe and professionally managed. All of the doors out of the building require a code to get out, and there are many memory care safeguards in place. The staff seems well trained with lifting patients and performing treatments. I thought everything was really well managed. We are glad to have our family member here and would recommend it anytime.
