I have been experiencing heal pain for about 2 months. Of course like anyone I self diagnosed and…read moretried to fix it myself. Finally woke up one morning and I could hardly put any pressure on my heal. So I needed professional help. I did some research and Dr. Reingold's name came up. So I yelped his group and checked out reviews. I called them and they had an immediate opening for me (Fantastic). They must have known the pain I was in. I got there early and the receptionist was friendly and had me fill out just a bit of paperwork, nothing crazy like other places. Explained my situation with Dr. Reingold and he did a few checks on my foot and some other test and he was very thorough, friendly, hygienic and the most important part explained everything to me like I didn't know what he was talking about... hahaha - I only say this because sometimes you just get treated and a lot is not explained. He did some treatment and offered me support for my shoe, I would like to report I already feel 100 times better and with some relief in my heal. Thanks Doc for letting me enjoy the weekend!

Dr.Jack is a podiatrist God... My uncle can now walk "normal" and use shoes! Surgery took 6 hours and Dr.Jack made sure every minute was well worth the outcome. Only regret is that I Wish we would have known about him sooner. Also, staff specially front desk administrator, she's there cause she knows what she's doing. Very efficient, and straightforward. I like her.

Over the course of traeting my shoulder I tried acupunture, ART, RRT, massage, clincal fasting, physical therapy, modaility training, and a host of both topical and oral mediacations. All roads pointed to arthoscopic surgery. Based on MRI results, and the opinions of many leading specialists, I was a classical candiate for arthscopic surgery of the glenoid labrum, with various aneterior tears from noon to six. I was also looking at a biceps tenodesis to remove the long head of my biceps tendon. I was dreading surgery and thought that there was no other alternative. Then I found Regenexx. The Regenexx Procedure on my right shoulder has greatly improved the functionality of my shoulder and reduced the chronic pain. I would recommened the regenexx procedure to anyone with chronic shoulder pain who is either contemplating arthoscopic surgery or who has been examined by a medical professional and been deemed a candidate for arthoscopic surgery. I am so glad I tried the Regenexx Procedure. Please give this procedure a try before attempting any invasive surgery. You will be glad you did.

I had received information through MRI imaging contradicting what Dr Derrington recommended (no meniscus tear in my knee), the description/path forward was unclear. An hour after placing the deposit I tried to cancel. They at first tried to not refund. Then agreed but by check that to my knowledge was never sent out. They've stopped communicating at this point. So I've disputed the charges on my credit card. It's under investigation. I'll update review as situation unfolds.

Great Experience I…read morehad a great overall experience with SoCal Foot Care and wanted to share my experience. In short, a few months ago I went on a surf trip to Mexico and sadly the ocean current pushed me into a shallow reef where my foot hit a sea urchin and had several barbs break off into my foot. Luckily, we had a doctor with us who treated me there and removed all of the barbs- so we thought. In any event, I thought everything was fine and no issues for 2 months. Fast forward to a few days ago when I started having intense pain in that area. It seems one of the barbs was still deep inside my foot hiding like a sneaky bandito and had developed a callus below it. Needless to say, I called my PCP and they could not see me for several weeks. Since I could barely walk, I did some research and came across Dr. Kreps so I called the office and they were able to see me that same day. After completing all the insurance paperwork I was seen by Dr. Kreps. He immediately went to work on my foot and carefully started cutting away the callus, eventually finding the remaining part of the barb- which was deep in my foot. Dr. Kreps carefully removed the embedded shard and I felt immediate relief. I cant say enough about his skill and professionalism- top notch. I am really surprised at some of the comments and reviews but I must say that Dr. Kreps and the staff were very nice and accommodating to me and really took care of me- considering it was a same day appointment. While waiting, this crusty old lady showed up 20 minutes late to her appointment and she was rude and demanding to the staff. Even with her grumpy attitude, they still worked her into their schedule so this is another example of how they take care of their patients. This lady arrived late and still had a sence of entitlement as if everyone had to cater to her. Anyways, I had such a positive experience I would give Dr. Kreps and his staff 10 stars but Yelp only allows 5. If I ever need a Podiatrist in the future, Ill be going back.

I told him I was extremely sensitive to medication's and asked him if there were any side effects. He assured me there were not. The first one I ordered, said a possible side effect was nausea and upset stomach. I experienced both. The second one said it could affect my breathing. So I didn't even try it. He should've been aware of those side effects before prescribing them. I am now out $159. And annoyed. Will not go back.

He hipshot his diagnosis, electing to ignore; detailed history of infection risk, ignoring biopsy which revealed bone fragments, removing the patient from necessary antibiotic treatment, which laboratory results revealed Pseudomonas. His decisions for care random at best. When the patient advocates for their own health, he terms it as combative, in start contradiction to the laboratory, imaging, and biopsy results. He charges $650/week for less than 10 minutes effort, terming is a "deep debridement" but completely ignoring the underlying bone infection. He incredulously stated that he has to accept the imaging results, rather than to consider the high risk for the bone. His procedure area are unclean, his personal hygiene sterile. He provides no visit follow up notes, and while making a vague reference to a hospital setting he is not permitted to function to, and knows that the insurance company does not allow, he stated, in the presence of my attorney and in his Escondido office that he has so much business doing wound care, he does not need the business. I believe it is possible that his conditions introduced the infection, and refused to treat with antibiotics. He should not be allowed to treat any patients, and the State of California is investigating him for below standard practice and insurance fraud. Unfortunately I have him every latitude, but concluded that he was both malicious - regards pursuing $650/week charges, and negligent, ignoring Hx and diagnostic tests. When I went to another surgeon, I unfortunately lost 1.cm of bone. All three alternate providers said the same thing.... you cannot guess and fail to factor exposed bone and history, and due to the infectious leakage (which he refused to culture), fail to get inside the foot surgically to examine. He had the off scale arrogance and temerity to state in the presence of my attorney that "you missed 2 and almost three appointments" yet at each of those appointments (during which I sought a competent surgeon and in consult with my previous surgeon who moved his practice) refused to schedule me for surgery nor do anything but fail to recognize the osteomyelitis . Yes, I am suing him for malpractice, but what I really want is for him to be barred from practicing medicine in the State of California, to protect patients. He certainly makes a profitable business for himself, but fails the basic tenant - DO NO HARM. Based on the physical evidence, his gaslighting, I would say avoid at all cost in the waning days of his license.
