Organized. Prompt. Professional. Conservative treatment before more costly options. These are good doctors.

In mid December, I came to Dr. Adam Dustin for a bunionectomy procedure. From my first appointment…read moreall the way to my last appointment today, I was truly treated like royalty. So many people told me how painful this surgery was. Dr. Dustin explained that I would be back up and exercising in eight weeks. To my surprise, I needed no pain medication. I opted to use crutches for the first two weeks. They allowed me to get out of the house. Fast forward to seven weeks, I was doing full bodyweight squats and at eight weeks I was doing 20 mile mountain bike rides. During my post op appointments, he would explain what my next two weeks would feel like. As if he could feel the sensations I was experiencing. He must have a crystal ball! Thank you Dr. Dustin and the office at Alvera podiatry for such a pleasant experience. You have a patient for life...

On the last visit I told him my big toe really felt painful after he removed the callous, as he was leaving his usual 5 minute visit with me. He turned around, never looking at my toe, patted my knee and told me "you will be just fine." and left. The pain was excruciating and I couldn't put weight on my left foot. I ended up 2 days later at Scripps Urgent Care where they told me I had a roaring infection brewing and put me on antibiotics and told me to soak my foot 3x daily in Epsom Salts. I also had 2 follow up visits with my PC doctor to check it a few days later where she put me on a second antibiotic. The saddest part was that two friends came from out of state to what was going to be a fun visit. I couldn't leave my house and they ended up waiting on me and we went no where because they depended on me to show them wonderful San Diego, and I couldn't walk. It took over two months to heal properly. I no longer am going there for care nor is my husband.

Dr.Jack is a podiatrist God... My uncle can now walk "normal" and use shoes! Surgery took 6 hours and Dr.Jack made sure every minute was well worth the outcome. Only regret is that I Wish we would have known about him sooner. Also, staff specially front desk administrator, she's there cause she knows what she's doing. Very efficient, and straightforward. I like her.

Finally woke up one morning and I could hardly put any pressure on my heal. So I needed professional help. I did some research and Dr. Reingold's name came up. So I yelped his group and checked out reviews. I called them and they had an immediate opening for me (Fantastic). They must have known the pain I was in. I got there early and the receptionist was friendly and had me fill out just a bit of paperwork, nothing crazy like other places. Explained my situation with Dr. Reingold and he did a few checks on my foot and some other test and he was very thorough, friendly, hygienic and the most important part explained everything to me like I didn't know what he was talking about... hahaha - I only say this because sometimes you just get treated and a lot is not explained. He did some treatment and offered me support for my shoe, I would like to report I already feel 100 times better and with some relief in my heal. Thanks Doc for letting me enjoy the weekend!

I've seen my fair share of doctors over the years, and while "bedside manner" may sound like an…read moreoutdated phrase, Dr. Gilles truly has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. I recently had right ankle surgery, and not only is he an exceptionally skilled physician, but his follow-up and aftercare were outstanding. He takes the time to thoroughly educate you, answers every question patiently, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I could not recommend him more highly. And just as important -- the office staff is equally impressive. As many people know, dealing with medical office staff can sometimes be frustrating due to poor communication or lack of responsiveness. That was absolutely not the case here. Linda, the office manager, is fantastic -- an excellent communicator who helped me navigate surgery scheduling and even assisted with insurance questions. The entire experience was seamless. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received.

Over the course of traeting my shoulder I tried acupunture, ART, RRT, massage, clincal fasting, physical therapy, modaility training, and a host of both topical and oral mediacations. All roads pointed to arthoscopic surgery. Based on MRI results, and the opinions of many leading specialists, I was a classical candiate for arthscopic surgery of the glenoid labrum, with various aneterior tears from noon to six. I was also looking at a biceps tenodesis to remove the long head of my biceps tendon. I was dreading surgery and thought that there was no other alternative. Then I found Regenexx. The Regenexx Procedure on my right shoulder has greatly improved the functionality of my shoulder and reduced the chronic pain. I would recommened the regenexx procedure to anyone with chronic shoulder pain who is either contemplating arthoscopic surgery or who has been examined by a medical professional and been deemed a candidate for arthoscopic surgery. I am so glad I tried the Regenexx Procedure. Please give this procedure a try before attempting any invasive surgery. You will be glad you did.
