I can not say enough about, not just this store, but the entire experience. Not only is there…read morebeautiful jewelry you can walk in and buy, but they custom design and make your dreams come true. They custom designed my engagement and wedding rings. Starting with pictures of things I like, making 3D mock up for me to try on, and then bringing in diamonds to try in that model. They stand by their work and every time I go in they take my jewelry from me and clean it. This is also a family owned small business from right here in Houston. I have got to know the family pretty well and they are invested in customer happiness. This is the best not place I will ever buy fine jewelry. Be

Marco made what should have been an enjoyable, exciting experience into one that was surprisingly…read morefrustrating. We made it clear from the start what we wanted (a simple gold ring with an olive green sapphire for her and a matching ring and inlaid stone for me) and our budget range. Marco consistently responded with the wrong material, suggestions outside our price range, or some other frustration. At the bottom is a link to our text history, first from my partner's number and then mine (the experience was making her stressed and she wanted me to take over). I've annotated it for easy consumption to show how we were constantly fighting an uphill battle trying to get him to listen to our needs/wants only to be ignored. We tried to remain pleasant and understanding throughout but it became harder and harder as it became obvious he wasn't interested in listening to us. So we decided to not pursue our rings with him further. We found it hard to trust something so special and important to someone who can't follow simple requirements. Or someone who kept giving us options outside of our price range, and who now wants us to trust their judgement and not give any further estimates (even if we brought in our own stones). Or someone who simply seemed disinterested in what we had to say. I confronted him with our texts, explained how we felt, and asked for at least a part of our $500 deposit back. He refused, and when I started to go over our texts to show why we felt justified in asking for our money back, he said the texts "make him look stupid". Well here are the texts for everyone to see his own words, you can make the call yourself. Other gems from our last meeting include him claiming his time is worth $450/hour (to explain keeping the whole deposit) and a "funny" anecdote where he initially estimated $2,500 to repair a ring and ended up charging $12,000 (to justify why he can't give estimates). I have our meeting recorded (single party consent state) if anyone is interested. As a small business owner myself, dealing with shifting and unknown requirements, I understand it's hard to give a price only for something unexpected to pop up, but what I don't understand is how you can treat a customer with such inattention and disregard and still feel justified in keeping any amount of money. I would be filled with shame if I treated a customer this way and then refused to empathize with their experience. Marco strikes me as someone who is excellent to work with if your visions and budget align, but he is disinterested in what you have to say or think if they don't and isn't capable of seeing things from any point of view but his own. Text messages: https://imgur.com/a/JYF3Fm5 Edit: per the owner's response, they tried working with us within our budget; given that the budget was clearly stated at $4k and the the suggested gems themselves were near or more than that, it's pretty obvious Marco either cannot read or was planning on doing the gold ring + labor for free.

I can't say all bad things because I honestly love my engagement ring, but the lack of customer…read moreservice since getting my ring was disappointing. It feels as if they don't care about you once they have your money. I came to resize my ring and received zero guidance on options. I tried to call ahead and get a quote, describing my ring band and downsize, and they refused to provide any answers over the phone and insisted I come in for an appointment, which is already inconvenient because they are open limited hours and it is hard to get there during work hours. Once inside, I was simply asked what size I wanted when I was clearly undecided and looking to their experience for guidance. It felt as if they were making me choose an item from a food menu rather than a personalized experience with my custom ring. Once I made a final decision, they still did not quote me for the resize and told me they would call later. Then they held my engagement ring for over five days. No body contacted me until I called to ask about it, then they told me it would cost $100 and that I wouldn't get my ring back until 7 additional days later for the resize. For reference this was for a half size down on a platinum band with no other embellishments. I asked why it was $100 when multiple sources online and quotes from local jewelers told me it should cost around $65-85. They had no explanation other than that this was the set quote from the sourcer they trust. I ended up taking my ring back, going to another local jeweler, getting a better quote with a more personalized experience, and got my ring resized in perfect condition within 3 days. I was a little put off by Lindsey Leigh, especially when they are vague about prices, options, and timelines with no explanation. Again I love my ring now, but for the resizing process, it was night and day between the other jeweler I found.
