They promised to replace it and sent me another diamond certificate to approve the switch. Problem was I'm not a professional gemologist. How was I supposed to know if I am getting the same value? I asked many different jewelers and they refused to help me compare the two certificates. I finally found this place on yelp and called them up. I spoke to Danny and he was beyond helpful. Not only he quickly took a look at both certificates and gave me a comparison but he didn't even charge me for the service. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them for any jewelry needs from now on.
