While we did not enjoy what some of the preferred vendors our venue provided, we definitely loved and appreciated what Thy offered and provided - better yet, we were in awe with what she delivered! Thy made things incredibly easy for us from break down of costs, what our package did or did not include, an expansive knowledge of flowers according to color to suit the needs of our (gothic) theme as well as anyone else's as seen on her Instagram/ portfolio, and as a character and business owner, she is friendly, welcoming, communicative, and very accommodating. To add to her ability to accommodate, we experienced a sudden passing right before the wedding, and the funeral was to take place on the same day. Since we could not attend and we were already in contact with her for our wedding, we contacted Thy in creating a floral wreath arrangement to be picked up the same day of the wedding, even before Thy went to deliver the flowers for very same wedding. Since I was so busy, the only direction I gave her was to "make it pretty" and "I hope it has succulents on it." Tina hand selected varying succulents that matched my wedding colors from her private collection in her own garden! This truly showed the attention to detail she puts into her work and craftsmanship. I cannot even describe how beautiful my cake looked - it was more than I could have even imagined or hoped for. She also placed fresh flowers that coordinated perfectly with my wedding colors, and without even asking she placed a clear piece of plastic to place the bird nest topper on top of - I didn't even have to ask her to! What a truly thoughtful professional! Additionally, Tina was asked at the last minute to design the flowers for my buffet table. Rolling with the punches, and not even blinking an eye, she designed gorgeous mini bouquets that were placed onto the table. With limited resources that I gave her and with very little time, her abilities to design and stay calm during the wedding was remarkable! Finally, Tina designed my hair pieces, veil, bridesmaid hair pieces, and floral dress accents for my wedding dress. Once again, Tina did not disappoint and far exceeded my expectations! I cannot tell you how many people came up to me to say how beautiful I looked with my veil and hair pieces. The bridesmaids pieces matched mine, but were unique and matched their bridesmaid dresses perfectly! My wedding dress was bought used, and had a bustle sewn in with visible (ugly) strings tied onto it. I wanted to put something on the dress to hide the strings. With very little direction and explanation, Tina understood what I wanted and designed multiple ivory flowers that matched my dress perfectly. My dress became my dream dress when I placed the pins onto them. It added the right texture, and looked like they were apart of the dress! Best of all, they hid the hideous strings! I cannot recommend Flortini Designs enough for a wedding or any special event where you will need beautiful and unique flowers. Tina is courteous, caring, quick on her feet, stress free, and the best florist you will find in Orange County! Book her now!!

I do not recommend this flower shop. This company makes a new account whenever they've…read moredisappointed too many customers with their poor customer service. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. While a staff member was bringing a flower wreath to my car, it was dropped onto the concrete with all the flowers being crushed against the concrete. Considering this wreath was for a mother's funeral, the situation was especially upsetting. What hurt most was that no one apologized. Instead, I was simply told, "Oh, we can fix this, it won't take long." At the time, I was overwhelmed with grief and not in a position to argue, so I trusted that the damaged flowers would be properly replaced. Unfortunately, the staff only added a few cut flowers into the wreath rather than fully repairing the damage. The result was a wreath with crushed and bruised flowers, which was embarrassing and shameful to bring to the funeral. I was also surprised that after damaging the arrangement, the staff began giving me instructions on how to care for the flowers, yet still offered no apology or compensation for what had happened. As I was leaving, one of the employees ran outside to inspect the flower stand and then attempted to blame the incident on the stand's hook. This was particularly frustrating because the stand had been provided by the florist along with the wreath. Rather than taking responsibility, the staff seemed focused on shifting blame. The entire pickup process felt inconsiderate and lacked compassion during an already difficult time. Given the circumstances, I expected much greater care, professionalism, and sensitivity toward both me as the customer and the memory of a deceased mother.
