My god-mother ordered flowers for my birthday and they were never delivered. Several calls and messages were made with no response. I even stopped by and spoke to the owner. She promised a delivery the next day, and still nothing. Mistakes happen but this is a really poor way to do business. My god mother had to cancel the transaction with her cc company two weeks later because there was no explanation or replacement. Sadly we were both repeat customers, but not again. read more

I had posted an earlier review of 5 stars with a long description of what a wonderful job you did for my son's proposal. It is very unfortunate that I am now revising my review..... I was excited to find that you were doing the florals for the wedding and was looking forward to seeing you! Then the bomb dropped... I was sitting having a coffee at the restaurant at the resort where this incredible event was about to unfold... I hear what every bride fears... a big ... not so great problem... the florist has not shown up! Instead it appears she subcontracted someone else unbeknownst to the bride and her mother. The flowers that were sent were not what was agreed upon nor were there enough! Even though there were less tables to dress there still were not enough to accomplish the table dressings... when there should have been many extra to make the arrangements more lush... well other people jumped in to try to help salvage the best they could.... thank goodness for that extra help! The floral focal point of the ceremony which should have been an arch ended up as a side swag on one side.... no longer the beautiful flowers that should have been surrounding the bride and groom in their photos......while the bride was in getting ready for the most important day of her life their were people calling around trying to find pampas grass to go out and cut them out in fields as best as I can figure! A major disaster behind the scenes ... What a horrible mess you made for everyone especially the brides mother as she was doing her best to make things work out and not have her daughters wedding ruined.... those of us that knew what happened were equally upset at your unprofessional treatment of this job... this would have been a jewel in your portfolio as the venue is a one of a kind and an absolutely beautiful venue that has taken off like a meteor in Indian Wells. I don't think they would ever entertain having you involved in any event there... So beware .... your dream could become a nightmare when using this florist for any occasion.... how very sad... read more

I want to start off by saying that Bev is the sweetest person ever!!! I contacted her back in January to get some quotes for our wedding in October. At the time I didn't live in California but was moving back in June. So all of our communication was through email. She always returned my emails immediately which was really nice. She did our wedding on 10/10/2014 at hotel Laguna. I couldn't have asked for better centerpieces or bouquets! They were stunning!! Everyone all night kept commenting on them, even til this day my m keeps staying how gorgeous they were! I still have my bouquet and it's still intact and looks beautiful, 6 days later. That shows the quality of her flowers are the best! Very reasonable prices and she is willing to work with your budget. She has some great ideas, so if I were you I would trust her... First off, I just want to give a BIG thank you to Bev for being so sweet and making the wedding planning process easy! She was very quick with responses to emails, offered great suggestions and is just all around amazing. Bev and her team created some of the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding last weekend. For our centerpieces, I sent her a photo of what we were looking for (knowing the centerpiece in the photo was so full of expensive flowers it would not fit our budget) and Bev created centerpieces that we're not only very similar and fit our budget, but we loved them even more! We received so many compliments on all of the flowers at our wedding (even the groomsmen commented they loved their boutonnieres!) and are just beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. I really wanted to give The Flower Stand a good review, my initial interaction with them was great, but I was left sorely disappointed on my wedding day. Prior to my wedding, I called several florists asking for a quote and feeling out my interactions with each, and based on my pleasant exchange with The Flower Stand and the very positive reviews online, I decided to go with them to make my wedding bouquet. Ordering the bouquet was very painless. I let the florist know that I wanted a waterfall bouquet made of orchids, calla lilies, and roses all in white. The florist even suggested that we add gold accents which I agreed sounded beautiful and opted for that. I let the florist know I had something very specific in mind and asked if I could send photos, which she said would be great. I sent the three photos posted in the above photo and confirmed with the florist that she received them and was able to accomplish that bouquet. I even specifically let them know that price was not an issue since I was aware the flowers I chose can be expensive and it is a large bouquet (and we cut a lot of other corners partly so I could have the bouquet of my dreams). I also ordered a boutonnière for my husband. On my wedding day, my in-laws picked up the order for me. Sadly, not only was the bouquet *very* different from what I requested (which I was very specific about), but the boutonniere was not included with the order at all. So I had a bouquet that was very different than what I had envisioned and my husband had no boutonniere at all for the wedding. To be fair, the bouquet was well done, so if you don't have something specific in mind, and are happy with a bouquet that is comprised mostly of greenery, then The Flower Stand may be a good option. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I wanted to let others know since you only get one shot at the perfect wedding and this really was a big disappointment. read more

I have a confession. I have an addiction to peonies. I know the exact date when the come back into season, and I wanted them to deck my halls before my family arrived for Thanksgiving. On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I realized I was a little late in the game if I wanted to have the perfect flowers for my Thanksgiving boozefest. I quickly yelped local flower shops, and landed upon Beverly at The Flower Stand. She was so helpful on the phone, and told me that she would get the requested peonies at the flower market the next day right in time for Thanksgiving. I can not emphasize how lovely she was, but her loveliness only palled in comparison to the arrangement I got the next day. It was stunning. The peonies were a deep red and are still very much alive and now decorating my bedroom in this very festive shade. The flowers were the talk of the evening, and still make me gloriously happy when I look at them. I know where I am getting my flowers from now on! She even delivered them for free! My friends were DELIGHTED. I asked for some Birds of Paradise, bright colors, NO ROSES, as well as for the bulk of the money to be spent on flowers and not the vase. These flowers were for a very special 13 year old who was a Bat Mitzvah. She was celebrating the weekend with all of her might and I wanted these flowers to match her joy. I called about 5-7 days before my anniversary dinner at Mastro's Ocean Club in Newport Beach to see what kind of magic could be worked for a floral arrangement to be delivered to our table before we arrived. Bev was exceptionally kind and was able to take color ideas, my ideal budget for the project, and turned it into a jaw dropping arrangement for my sweetheart.
