So when the future in-laws got themselves a lake home nearby, on to the interweb's I went. Like it's been said, parking is easy. There's usually a food truck hanging out and vendors are selling things that are local to the area besides the usual produce (sauces, jam's, syrups, baked goods, mustards, etc). For example, I'm a condiment junkie. This year, Fluffy David's had a booth (they're on the Book of Face) and I picked up some sauces and relish. The photo below is a hot sauce of called Garlic Scape. Totally a seasonal thing and the relish and mustard I had were tasty. Also new this year was Steeped(I believe they are on the Insta). They basically have all these ingredients that are in a jar and you just add your booze or club soda or whatever, then let it sit in the fridge for a few days so it can do it's thing. Many flavors available. Anyway, it's smaller in the grand scheme of things but like they say, big things come in small packages.

This farmers' market has easy parking (on street or the parking lot of Glen's Army Navy). With that said, they were delicious and we've bought them (for the same price) several weeks in a row now. Bakery goods are very inexpensive- $4 for a full loaf of homemade bread and you can get a huge whoopie pie for $1. There's a brat guy with lots of different meats and beautiful flowers. There's a very skilled carpenter/woodscraftsman, Fideldy's maple syrup, honey, and berries, and you can meet the maker of heretical lefse. It's worth a look, and worth the prices, I'm sure.
