Extremely friendly, pleasant and professional. Got back to the hotel with the Pizza and it was a hit with the family, crust was great, lots of cheese and toppings, the sauce was awesome. My in-laws seen someone carrying a box from a Marcos chain and everyone remarked they were so happy with Jim's pizza box because it was a huge upgrade compared to any chain restaurant.
