Sam wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive painter I interviewed but I could tell right away that he cared about the details and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The estimate was fast and accurate and Sam even helped us pick out a new color for the trim. His contracts are very detailed and he tells you exactly what you're going to get and he even offered to alter the contract if I felt something needed to be added. The team started within a week and they did a wonderful job making our house look brand new again. We had several areas of our stucco that had cracking but Sam took care of all of them and even put a fresh coat of polyurethane on our front door. Sam was there personally almost every day and he had me create a punchlist near the end. He personally walked through every item with me, ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. The team was professional, courteous, and they did an amazing job. If you have painting needs in the future I highly recommend hiring Riverside Painters. I was shocked when not only were their prices reasonable for the scope of work, they were actually the least expensive bid (by a lot)! We had our primary bath and closet painted, followed by wallpaper on one wall and the barrel ceiling as well as wallpaper in the powder room. The pictures don't do it justice. Not only did Juan and Marcos do an astonishing job of smoothing the walls (they were heavily textured), Juan was kind enough to match the paper for a trim ring going up with a new light fixture. The powder room was beautifully done and I can't find a seam anywhere! Our home was treated with respect, and is probably cleaner than when they started...lol! In regards to the painting, Eric was absolutely meticulous in his work. If you've ever painted on textured walls, you know how hard it is to cut in and achieve a straight line.
