I have always considered Rural to be competent, available and fair-priced. My wife called a competitor once to install a new faucet. R-R not only did not do the install but gave me a proposal to replace the entire plumbing system. Rural performed the install with no problem. I have a service contract as well and inspections have been timely and thorough.

We contacted the company and spoke with Alex. We really educated us on which drone does what, he explained their free yearly inspection guarantee. He came and flew our roof, provided us proof and a condition statement within 3 days. He was punctual, professional, and the best part was no one needed to use a ladder and go up on the roof so no safety concerns!

It felt like they would strive to do a great job for the customer and tailor it to what the customer is looking for. Nick got right back to me with two quotes for two different options. They were a little more expensive than other quotes I got, but not by much. I definitely hope to be able to work with them in the future!

After looking at the website gallery and checking reviews, I choose Friendly Fencing for their responsiveness, accuracy of measurements and costs and very reasonable estimate of work. The installation went super smoothly and on time as planned. I definitely appreciate that as I had tenants living in the home. The yard looks great and I couldn't be happier. The property is becoming a statement piece of the neighborhood.

It was clear he was not just answering the phone, or pressure selling. We got a technician to come out an apprise our heater THAT DAY on one of the first cold days of the year (certainly a peak time for service calls). The technician was knowledgeable and advised us we needed to replace two parts. There was no "emergency fee" added. It took another three days to get the part in and I had to follow up, but they worked our service call in late on Friday afternoon. While my repair was not cheap, it was a reasonable cost. I was able to get an OEM part installed, which I appreciated. No mess was left, and I think I got a quality part. It's hard to ask for much more in an HVAC repair company. Five stars.

JC was the first to respond to my request and once I met him, we knew we didn't need to look any further. He came to the house, inspected the property, talked to us about what we were looking for, took some measurements and within 24 hours, we had a quote. While he was here, we mentioned that we would eventually like to add a deck to the front of the house and we were thrilled to learn that his company does decks also. I'm not sure there is much they can't do. JC and Karen (the office liaison) were very responsive, very patient and very understanding. The fence was easy to decide and most of the details were ironed out with the first conversation. The only thing we weren't sure of was the number and size of gates. JC talked us through the decisions and the night before they arrived, we finally made up our minds. JC and his team of 6 (Fidel & Juan had deck duty; JC, Alex, Samuel and Jorge had fence duty) showed up promptly that morning and by the end of the first day, the holes were dug and supports were placed for everything. They worked sun up to sun down for two days and finished everything the second day just as the rain began to fall. The finished products are so much more than we ever dreamed. The quality is outstanding. The team was aincredible; professional, friendly and dedicated to doing an amazing job. We could not ask for better. We will have them back here to stain all the wood for us, to power wash the house, to add a roof tot he deck and potentially place latticework around the deck. Give them a call.
