My vehicle was towed approximately 2.3 miles. The vehicle was in the company's possession for less than one hour before I retrieved it. I was charged $805 to recover my vehicle. While I acknowledge that I mistakenly parked in a short-term parking space, the fee assessed is grossly disproportionate to the service provided. A short-distance tow and less than one hour of storage does not justify an $805 charge. The amount appears punitive rather than reflective of actual towing and administrative costs.That kind of fee feels completely outrageous and predatory.

Completed a letter for both companies with the claim info, collision place I wanted the car taken to, and a release signed. Five days after my daughter's accident, 8/7/24, the tow company placed a lien on her car. I received the letter from I-lien on 8/12/24 dated 8/7/24. I have contacted our insurance, the tow company, the attorney for our daughter, the BBB, and I-lien this evening. Pending a response from all. Such unnecessary BS. Do not use this company. Especially if you have children or are a female driver. They will take advantage.

When I clipped the median off Madonna or some sorts and completely blew out both my left tires on a Wednesday night. Gigantic holes on each tire the size of cantaloupes... It sounded like an explosion. Luckily I was turning into a turning lane so I was able to find cover on the median and call my insurance. They said they would find a towing service and shoot me a text when they found one. In the meantime, an officer on duty was keeping me company and she notified me that I should call my insurance back and have them expedite it for safety purposes since I was stuck in a lane and to just save time. I did just that and the tow service zoomed over with their truck! Henry came to the save and he was super helpful and personable when towing my car. I requested to be towed to America's Tires and to have my car left in the parking lot so I could rush over to get new tires the next morning. Henry was super easy going and before he unhooked my car from his truck into the parking lot, he took out his flash light and examined the damage on my car and gave me his professional opinion of what he thought would need to be fixed so I wouldn't get up charged the next morning when getting new tires. Fortunately, he didn't see any damage to my tire rods or splash guard or anything and stated that the only thing I would need would be two new tires and he was right!
