I'd call the receptionist and she would ask me to call her back because she was busy and in the middle of something else. I guess my business was not important to them because after leaving at least 3 messages for repair a month away they never returned a call and I was not going to deal with their rude receptionist to tell me to call back when she wasn't busy. Honestly surprised with everyone who has left positive reviews- maybe they are used to bad service and accept it but there are much better companies to come do a mobile repair.

Javier said they could not send anyone out until 2:30 pm., not having another option, I decided to spend my vacation day waiting for them to arrive. It is 6:30pm, and noone called or came by. So I have no electricity for my rv all night long. Would not recommend this company, and they definitely are NOT RAPID!
