But then Tommy went the extra mile brain-storming , explaining things about trailers to us and got things repaired. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to return our calls whenever we had further questions. We were impressed with his care and professional thoughtfulness! Mike did a great job reviewing our extended warranty with us. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was helping us understand the small print! A repair situation came up needing the extended warranty. Kyle and Mike took their time together to investigate and worked it out for our best interest. In fact, Kyle set up a time the next day for us to come in first thing in the morning for him to examine our repairs. Edgar did an excellent job fixing three of our issues and one was NOT their responsibility to fix under the warranty! All I wanted to know from Kyle was how he would recommend I fix it myself. Instead Kyle said "We can take care of that in 10 minutes... no problem! " We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted! Edgar and I talked about my concern but he had a great plan, aligned it up and secured it just perfectly! It would have taken me for ever to do what he did in minutes! We appreciated him doing that for us!! We actually enjoyed, just sitting and relaxing on Sky River's deck with our dog, watching Edgar diligently fix all our repairs while talking with their friendly staff as they passed by! It was a very pleasant experience! We were there from 8:30-10:00am and drove off with our fixed trailer with smiles on our faces! Thank you Pismo Sky River for going the extra mile and working as a TEAM to fix our travel trailer!! We greatly appreciated you all! Hugs from The Carscadens and Lilly! Visted store and bought starter kit for $350 plus then they sold me an additional 15 ft electrical cord based off a comment that trailer may need in addition to one provided with trailer purchase. The cord sold to me was wrong type at a cost of $250.00 When I went to return a week later in the original box not used. They then decided to tell me no returns on cord. So, they off loaded wrong cord to me to begin with and then instead of refunding or offering a credit on store items, they stuck me with some dusty cord box that they probably tried to off load for months. Total Shysters! Stock store items way more than a simple purchase of same item online.

When we arrived, the team at THRV had the RV prepped and after a thorough inspection we closed the deal, hitched it up and have been in love with it ever since. At delivery, two holes were found in the theater seat; photos were taken and the issue documented. I was told the replacement would arrive in 2-4 weeks. By April, there were no updates and no one could confirm if the part was even ordered. In May, after multiple calls (including unreturned calls to managers), I was told the part had never been ordered. It was finally placed while I was on the phone, with the same 2-4 week estimate and a "direct" number for follow-up. It is now June--six weeks later--with no update. Calls and messages go unanswered, including to that direct line. I would not recommend doing business here.
