Horrible don't use them! Just purchased trailer and they came recommended by Dealer to purchase items. Visted store and bought starter kit for $350 plus then they sold me an additional 15 ft electrical cord based off a comment that trailer may need in addition to one provided with trailer purchase. The cord sold to me was wrong type at a cost of $250.00 When I went to return a week later in the original box not used. They then decided to tell me no returns on cord. So, they off loaded wrong cord to me to begin with and then instead of refunding or offering a credit on store items, they stuck me with some dusty cord box that they probably tried to off load for months. Total Shysters! Stock store items way more than a simple purchase of same item online. read more

I've recently modified my Weber Q1200 by removing the regulator and added a quick connect fitting. This was to take advantage of my onboard RV propane source and to no longer depend on those mini green propane bottles. The problem was I was missing a male to female quick connect hose! I'm typically prepared when heading out on trips. There was no RV parts store within a 5 mile radius that I was familiar with. Took a chance on RV World and glad I did. The guy who worked there wasted no time. Asked me what I needed and got me to the aisle. He might of been the owner, but unsure. Cool guy nonetheless. It is tough around the central coast to get parts and accessories for your RV or trailer the same day that you develop the need. This small, hard-to-find shop in Grover Beach is your solution! They are well stocked with a myriad of parts at fair prices. We just bought a used (2004) Trail-Manor trailer, and walked out of RV world with bottles of the solution to pour in the toilet, a replacement for the dolly wheel that was missing from our trailer, a pin for the coupler, and a nice set of heavy duty wheel chocks for when the trailer is parked, and got it all for under $100. The folks there were helpful in locating the parts we needed, and were just plain friendly people. We will be back for our future trailering needs. read more

I bought a new to me trailer, cheap for a reason. The last owner tried to fix things himself. It was a disaster. I live within walking distance of the store so I bought a lot of parts and got a lot of free advice on how repair things the right way. This place is awesome, and it's conveniently located in Grover Beach! I randomly stumbled across this place online looking for RV accessories in SLO county. Since it was local, I decided to stop by and take a look. Upon entering, I knew I was in RV heaven. The store is jam packed with every little RV accessory you can think of. They carry all of the parts you would find online like at Camping World, but it all here under one roof. The sales staff was also very knowledgeable, which is an added bonus since RVing is a brand new venture for me. All of the prices seemed reasonably priced, with nothing seeming out of whack. They have a great 860 page catalog for about $2.50 which is a great reference guide of things that they carry. If you don't have a catalog, they have it online with current pricing. The sales staff also mentioned that they can pretty much get any little RV part you can think of. You just need to let them know what it is and they will track it down for you. Overall, this is a great place to know about if you have an RV. Whether you are local or out of town. You may find that this store helps you in a pinch if you need parts that are in stock! read more

I'm surprised this place has 5 star scoring. I've shopped here many times and they do have a good selection, however, the service is lacking that neighborhood local mom and pop feel. Let me explain: I have had them help me find things and they are good at that, but a couple of times I've needed to return an item and they went from kind of pleasant to making me feel like I just kicked there dog. Not the experience I'm looking for. So, I only go here now when I need something now, otherwise I go to the "other" place where they are nicer. I hope they read this and consider how they treat there customers. Update: 4/28/17 Now I'm over this place. I brought back something that didn't fit my rig and the guy behind the counter tried to make me feel bad buy saying "I can't sell this now, it's a loss for me" yeah right, I'm not dumb. I am way past due writing this review! I live in Grover Beach, and its so nice having an RV store that carries SO many items for RV's! No need to wait for delivery, just walk in, talk with the very helpful staff, and go pick it up off the shelf. The staff has helped me out quite a few times by answering my many questions, and you can not get that type of friendly help off any computer. They seemed to have a small selection of parts. Probably what you need. I am a woman, walked into the store and looked along the plumbing aisle for a sink sprayer. Didn't see one so walked the other way along the aisle. There appeared to be 3 men working there. A man walked into the store, and one of the men asked if he needed help. None of them acknowledged I was there, even when I walked out the door without the sprayer. read more
