Pretty, and very clean restaurant. The staff knows their food very well and is able to give recommendations. Comfortable chairs and quite roomy, so never to close to other guests. In that regard all 5 stars.
However, I thought the service was of the typical family owned style. With that I mean that the standards of service are of a more 'casual' level, which I don't think quite fits the luxury look of this restaurant.
The taste of the food.. difficult. I have not had persian food before so I cannot compare it. I thought the food was quite blunt, lacking spice, lacking flavour. I had that feeling with both my starter and main course.
A plate containing black olives, raw cut onion and hot chili was put on the table before the starter was service (without us ordering this). That plate appeared on the bill at 5,90 Euro. I think that is not fair, but I have seen such practice in other restaurants before so it's not completely unheard of. read more
