The flowers were going to be delivered the next day. Chipper's called me the next day to alert me that the flower arrangement was going to be delivered later that day. There was also a dent in one of the links. We took it to a different shop, where they replaced the pins with the correct ones and showed us that the original pins were bent and in poor condition. When we called to request a refund, the situation only got worse. The owner yelled at us, insisted we were wrong, and was completely disrespectful. I've never felt the need to write a Yelp review before, I'm usually someone who lets things go, but this experience was different. I've never encountered a business owner who reacted so unprofessionally. If this had been handled calmly and professionally, it could have been resolved. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made things worse.
