I ordered the vegetable spring rolls and they were nicely fried - crisp and light. The inside was a little too much cabbage for me - I'd love to see more mushroom and other flavors! The pad see ew, however was the best I have ever had in my 30 years of eating Thai food ! It was sauced just right, and had a nice variety of ingredients including fresh peas, carrots, a leafy green that may have been bok choi leaves, and green beans. I could have eaten another plate of it if my stomach were bigger! My only suggestion is that mild doesn't include slices of chili- I'm a wimp and one section of the dish was just on the edge of too hot for me! The dessert menu includes some complex and unusual Thai treats and the more standard ice cream combos - it's worth a look. The area is easily and quickly reached from the hotels south of Gatwick via local Metro buses 100 and 10, and dinner here is definitely better than the hotels'! And probably less expensive.

I went in to say hi and find out if it was a coincidence or if it's really linked to the location in Brooklyn NY that I love. Turns out they are linked and I made reservations for dinner later on that night. We arrived around 8:15. The Sat night the placed was packed with people for happy hour etc but Sunday was a bit more quiet. My daughter and I ordered apps. She had Chicken Satay and I had Spring Rolls. So delicious. For our entree we both ordered the pineapple rice. The presentation was delightful. Def food porn visually and it def tasted as good as it looked. The only draw back for me was I ordered a Lichee Martini and they didn't really know what it was. The owners are so nice. They treated us great. The decor is so calming. Every single detail adds to the experience down to the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom. If ever in Crawley, this place is a must.

They give a discount to Flight Crews (which is very important because a LOT of flight crews (from various airlines) stay in neighbouring hotels for layovers). 3. The service is excellent. The food was really delicious, and in particular there was an excellent varied selection of food for vegetarians (I'm a vegetarian). The waiter was friendly, polite and efficient, and kept on bowing! We went with vouchers from the Daily Telegraph, which meant that the meal was 2 for the price of one, so it was a great deal too. Definately recommended - I'm going to go back for the all you can eat buffet one Sunday
