After working with multiple people and facing the same horrific service by all, we find out....she had insurance on the loans the entire time and we were beneficiaries to it! 4 employees missed this, ignored our attempts to pay, would not help us in anyway other than to send, in my opinion, inappropriate mailings all while they were paid. Disgusting. I am pulling my direct deposit, and everyone we know is done with them. This is ridiculous.
