They put us through so much hassel, and would not give us information even with a death certificate on file, they sent her mail saying she broke a contract by not paying a loan. After working with multiple people and facing the same horrific service by all, we find out....she had insurance on the loans the entire time and we were beneficiaries to it! 4 employees missed this, ignored our attempts to pay, would not help us in anyway other than to send, in my opinion, inappropriate mailings all while they were paid. Went through drive thru where I explained my situation and let them know I didn't have my account number. They assured me that I was fine. Signed the check and then was immediately told I needed my account number. Now I have a signed check. I called my wife, finally get the info. I bring it in where I am then told that shared branches won't cash checks. As I began to get pretty upset and explained everything I had been through, she simply smirked with a little laugh and said "sorry" turned around and walked away. This bank sux.

She wanted to know if I'd be opening an account just for the currency exchange. If so, they "don't do that," she said. Again, the way she talked to me sounded like "looking-down-on-you" or "are-you-just-taking-advantage-of-us" to a potential customer because I was willing to keep the account for some time (to which she said, "ok"). She's supposed to be a supervisor, as the sign at the counter suggested.
