Went through drive thru where I explained my situation and let them know I didn't have my account number. They assured me that I was fine. Signed the check and then was immediately told I needed my account number. Now I have a signed check. I called my wife, finally get the info. I bring it in where I am then told that shared branches won't cash checks. As I began to get pretty upset and explained everything I had been through, she simply smirked with a little laugh and said "sorry" turned around and walked away. This bank sux.

Again, the way she talked to me sounded like "looking-down-on-you" or "are-you-just-taking-advantage-of-us" to a potential customer because I was willing to keep the account for some time (to which she said, "ok"). She's supposed to be a supervisor, as the sign at the counter suggested.
