I would NEVER recommend Country Insurance to anyone. A family member's home burned in February, and…read moreit is October and nothing has been done to even start the rebuilding. I mean NOTHING!. They have not even been able to get a dumpster to clean the house out since insurance will not release the home back. Construction is not able to begin since the adjuster in charge will not review and comes back with one thing after another such as they won't cover the sheet rock, but approved the wiring, and it takes months and month to review each report they request. I did business with Country over 20 years, and I will not recommend them to anyone unless you want months of agony if you ever have a home fire claim. The way it looks my family member will not be in their home until next year.
