I would highly recommend this place!

This is LONG but I will be coming here every time from now on. Genuinely best nail experience I've…read moreever had. Yesterday my mom, my uncle and I wanted to go do some self care since we just moved from Colorado to Florida 14 days ago. I called 6 nail salons and none could accommodate us at the same time, totally understand. I called joy nails and they were so kind right off the bat and got us in within 30 minutes. The salon itself was beautiful and the atmosphere was so positive. The lady next to us was a returning customer as well and the banter with David was just hilarious. We requested a pedi for my uncle (his first time and he seemed to enjoy it!) My mom and I got fresh sets. I requested a new gel x set which meant soaking off my old set, then starting a fresh one. Because I had indents in my nails due to the previous set I got in Colorado, he told me it wouldn't be safe to do gel x and acrylic would be better. He executed my French tip perfectly and his wife did my mom's flower cat eye better than anyone she's ever been to. David also made a very good point, I'm in Florida now so nails are better. However, it wasn't just that, spending money and an hour of your time somewhere can be really hard sometimes and they were great people to be around. I had a great experience, thank you so much!

They're designs are off the chart amazing very talented ladies! The bad: Waited 30 minutes even with a same day appointment to be seen but I was already there so I waited. They take photos of your hands while their working on you and post them on their Instagram without even asking for your consent. I asked for a design of one of their own photos got a similar but not the same on the photo I told my nail tech the marble didn't look the same as the photo she answered sorry I already capsulated. The last draw I had texted the owner when making the appointment asking for nails and change color on toes I understand they were busy it was a Saturday, when the nail tech was done I asked her repeatedly about my toes come to find out they were booked their answer sorry no toes for you she's got another appointment I mentioned the client wasn't there yet and I had to wait 30 minutes when I came in and a color change on toes takes 10 minutes the owner was rude and in a nut shell said that she squeezed me in so I left with mismatched hands and toes had to go to another place to get my toes done. $80.70 later not including my toes somewhere else left upset was treated not very nicely and my nails look like crap! Please don't respond I should had said something because I did to the nail tech the owner and the girl that takes photos and checked me out no one cared to fix the problem and I was very outspoken about my displeasure regardless I was classy tipped the nail tech and said good bye for good I can't believe no one cared to fix my issues and make it right I am an every 2 week customer for my nails not a very good first impression and lost what could had been a long time customer because I do loved the place and their designs

AMAZING! Its hard…read moreto find a manicurist that delivers consistency and precision, along with a friendly personality! Look no further Lydia is just that. If you are looking for one of the best for acrylics look no further, you will not go wrong with Lydia. Services: on my visit I had a full set with gel polish and her attention to detail is amazing. She makes sure she gets every little detail down pact. She is precise. In all my experiences with different manicurist I have honestly never seen someone like Lydia that takes her time and triple checks to make sure she's done her work perfectly! Cost: the cost is average to what acrylics cost. I know that during these times due to COVID19, it has been scary getting out to try and normalize ourselves. I have to say Lydia, will make you feel comfortable. She has her face shield on and her mask for added protection and she sanitizes the area before you sit in her chair. I had to write this review because as I stated earlier I have been to many different manicurist and in Miami there is a abundance of them and this is why im here today because Lydia is at the top of her pack with her work. I suggest if your looking for quality and precision.. of course awesome looking nails call and make a appointment you will not be disappointed!! A+
